How It Works

We start out with a pre-interview. Judy Seaman is an experienced interviewer and oral history videographer and editor and will put you at ease. We’ll delve into the stories you’d like to tell on film, your goals for the project, the reasons you want to have a video memoir made, and who else is involved with your project.

You may want your family photos scanned. No matter how many boxes of photos and family albums you have, we can do it. We can also digitize your old film and video footage. We treat all materials with great care.

Once all materials are gathered and digitized, a date is set for filming (in-person or on Zoom). At that point, you will be so eager to tell your stories that you won’t even notice the camera and will feel completely comfortable reminiscing, recounting your family history, transmitting meaningful life lessons, and bringing your photos and documents to life.

After the filming, all you have to do is sit back and relax while Judy edits your masterpiece into a meaningful and long-lasting legacy video.

At Video Memoir Creations we offer a comfortable environment in which to reminisce, recount your family history, transmit meaningful life lessons, and bring your photos and documents to life.

Our professionalism in interviewing offers you the freedom and privacy to tell your stories in comfort.

Add your favorite photographs and home movies to create a stunning representation of your life's experiences and reminiscences.
